ClawTV
Does ClawTV come with channels?
No. ClawTV is a player only. It doesn't include, sell or recommend any streams. You need your own M3U playlist URL from a provider you're entitled to use, or from your own NAS or media server.
How do I add my playlist and guide?
The first time you launch ClawTV, it asks for your M3U playlist URL. You can also add an XMLTV (EPG) URL to get the program guide. To change either one later, or to add more playlists, open Settings.
My guide is empty or shows the wrong programs.
The guide matches channels using the tvg-id values in your playlist. If your provider's IDs don't match their XMLTV file, the affected channels will show no listings. Make sure the EPG URL is the one your provider gave you for that playlist, then refresh it in Settings. Large guide files can take a minute to load the first time.
A channel won't play.
Most of the time the stream itself is offline, or your provider limits how many connections you can have at once. Try the same channel in another player, or close Multi-View so you're only opening one stream. If it plays elsewhere but not in ClawTV, email us the stream format (HLS, TS and so on) if you know it. Please don't send us your playlist URL, since it often contains your login.
Do my settings sync between Apple TV and iPhone?
Yes. Your playlists, favorites and settings sync through your own iCloud account to devices signed in with the same Apple Account. The data goes through Apple's iCloud and never through our servers.

Wordslot
When is Wordslot coming out?
It's in development for iPhone and Android. The Wordslot page will have store links as soon as it launches.
How do I remove ads?
When the game launches, a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase in Settings will turn ads off. If you reinstall or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases.
Cold Front
When is Cold Front coming out?
It's being playtested on iPad now. Watch the Cold Front page for news.
Can kids play online safely?
Online play uses generated call signs, not names you type. Chat is limited to preset messages and taunts, and you can mute or block any player or switch chat off completely.
What does the $1.99 subscription include?
It lets you host online matches, as many as you like. Solo play and joining someone else's game are always free, so friends you invite don't need to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Cold Front, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged again. You can keep hosting until the current period ends.
Purchases & refunds
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle all payments, so they handle refunds too. On iPhone, iPad or Apple TV, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open the Google Play order and choose "Request a refund". We can't see or change your payment details.
I bought the app but it's asking me to pay again.
Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with, then use Restore Purchases in the app's Settings, where the app offers it.
